Late cancellations may affect our ability to offer the appointment time to another client. RubyKM Beauty Center reserves the right to require a deposit or apply a cancellation fee for repeated late cancellations.
5. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on availability. The full service result cannot be guaranteed if there is not enough time to complete the treatment properly.
RubyKM Beauty Center will do its best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee that the original appointment time or full service duration will still be available.
6. No Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, this may be considered a no show.
Clients who miss appointments without notice may be required to pay a deposit before making future bookings. RubyKM Beauty Center may also refuse future bookings in cases of repeated no shows.
7. Deposits and Payments
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the selected service, treatment type, technician, add ons, or individual needs.
RubyKM Beauty Center reserves the right to update service prices at any time. Confirmed appointments will follow the price communicated at the time of booking unless there is a change to the requested service.
8. Refund Policy
Service fees and deposits are generally non refundable once a booking has been confirmed or a service has been provided.
If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concern and do our best to assist you. Any adjustment, correction, credit, transfer, or refund is offered at the sole discretion of RubyKM Beauty Center, unless otherwise required by law.
Retail products, if purchased, may only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Service Results
Beauty treatment results may vary from person to person. Results can depend on factors such as skin type, hair type, natural lashes, previous treatments, lifestyle, aftercare, health condition, and individual response to the treatment.
RubyKM Beauty Center does not guarantee identical results for every client. Before and after images, examples, or descriptions are for general reference only.
10. Client Health and Safety
You must inform RubyKM Beauty Center before your appointment if you have allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, current medications, pregnancy, infections, injuries, or any other condition that may affect your treatment.
RubyKM Beauty Center reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or adjust a service if we believe the treatment may not be suitable or safe for you.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of irritation, reaction, poor results, or other concerns.
11. Aftercare Responsibility
Some services may require specific aftercare. You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by RubyKM Beauty Center.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect your results, comfort, healing, or treatment longevity. RubyKM Beauty Center is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare, outside products, outside treatments, or failure to follow instructions.

RubyKM Beauty Center reserves the right to refuse services that are not appropriate for a client’s age, condition, or safety.
